Interesting. Competition is usually good for the user, except when that competition is competing over exclusivity agreements and "alliances".

Ehh, I know Google knows more about me than my friends. I'm not particularly worried about it. They give me lots of free stuff, as opposed to Microsoft who forces me to upgrade with their "unfixable" bugs. So if I have to back a horse in this race, let it be Google.
