Whenever I receive or send a text I get a notification that says message not sent. The messages are sent and received so its more of an annoyance than anything. Any idea how to make it stop. Thanks

Try using another app like handcent and see if you still get the notifications. Make sure you turn off notifications in your stock app.

That is a rare case with motorola xoom.. Better yet, go to your local store where you purchase it and let them check it.
