Memory Problems in my Android Phone

My photos, music, and videos i have it my external Memory card but they still showing in my Device memory? Because of it i am losing some 300MB how can i move those files?

Welcome aboard!

You can attach your phone to a laptop/PC and move them that way but you would also want to be sure that your camera saves pics to your SD card going forward...good luck!
