Media Share app help

I keep trying to connect to my computer through the Media Share app and it asks to reenter login information, where do I find this login information? Thanks in advance.

I've been trying to get information on this as well. I'm having the same issue. I've tried the router login, user login, admin login, NO login and I still get the same thing. Anyone out there have an instruction manual or something?!?!?!?
