There is a problem: Everyone who does the Bullet Time Effect leaves out some important details, like how to actually turn the raw video INTO what you want!
I am confident that someone will do this better at a later date, but after days of looking the best I could find on how to do this was quick screenshot in a behind the scenes. That was far from the explanation that I wanted, so above is where I will be taking some footage and using Sony Vegas Movie Studio, turning it into a Bullet Time Video.
*I ran through this whole process as a live event, but the stream quality was so poor (way to many dropped frames) that I just deleted the video and made something that would work a bit better.
