Marshmellow upgrade blues...

Hello,

I have a Lava Pixel 2 phone.

I recently rooted and
downloaded a Marshmellow ROM.
I tried to upgrade from v. 5 to v.6 but phone doesn't boot now.

I can boot to the TeamWin - TWRP booting/root device.
But that's as far as I can get.

I tried to flash with this:
ROM marshmallow update.zip for lava pixel v2 | [Official]-[Updated] add the 03/15/2017 on Needrom
and then this..
Lava_Pixel_V2_3GB_S107_20160425.zip

but they both give errors:
"This package is for lava6735p_sp31_lte devices
Error 7"

and..
Could not find 'META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary' in the zip file
Error installing zip file Lava_Pixel_V2_3GB_S107_20160425.zip

Can anyone give me guidance on what to do next?
I can get into the boot menu.
Thanks!
