Marshmallow - Notification bar - No longer scrolling

Anyone else noticed notifications in the notification bar no longer scroll?
For ex, with my Instagram, it used to tell me "@soandso likes your picture"
Now just an icon shows.
The same is true with all of my other apps too.

Bleh, with every update, minor things I like always like change or go away.

Is there a setting you have to turn back on to allow scrolling notifications? Seems I remember at one time it was an option. I can't see them pulling that feature. Maybe it has to be turned back on in the apps?

Yeah I looked and looked and nothing. All my apps' settings stayed the same...bleh.
I'm surprised no one else noticed this.

I don't think mine ever scrolled.
