What do I need to do? Its been blank since I got it, when the market was upgraded. Is it because im still running on 2.1?

Not everyone, my daughter has the LG ENVY with FROYO!! How is that possible, her phone is not even close to the Fascinate and she has FROYO! Anyway, her widget doesn't work either.
