Market problem

So I purchased Root Tools by jrummy from the android market and the download started. Then it froze at 100% so I cancelled it to try again. Then I accidentally hit "refund." My account is linked up to a gift card and it had $1.96 on it before the purchase. So I guess the refund didn't process in time for me to try it again right away because I got an email about insufficient fund but the "download" started any way. Now it thinks I purchased it but it won't download. Any explanation or solution?

Give it a day or so it will clear out and you will be able to dl it again.
