Market not updating on kaosfroyo v37 for Eris

Running kaosfroyo v37 on my Eris and market hasn't updated, not a huge issue considering the one I have is just fine just wanna know if this a fixable issue, any and all suggestions are appreciated

I wouldn't think so... all my co workers have droids as well all on verizon and a few of us have got it and some haven't... there is a lot of droids out there I'm sure it just takes a while for everyone to get it. Truthfully the old one runs faster and don't wait alot.
