Market is going extremely slow after system reset..

Anyone else have this prob? And sometimes after I download and install something, it stays on the "Installing.." screen even after its been installed.. any suggestions?

Oh thank god, I thought it was me. I rooted my phone last night to Froyo and I freaked out, thinking that I did something to Market.
