Many, Many Droid X Issues

Im not gonna rewrite everything because i just erased an hour's work because my phones browser is retarded.. long story short,my droidx wont get the security update no matter what i try. And my mobile number changed to 0000000445. This happened after a factory reset (which i used to get rid of syestem mods.) ( i was bored so experimented a ot).So my question is, how do i actually get the update. And other than calling verizon customer support. And paying extra money(i got it reactivated ten days ago for a month. and now its disabled).how can i get it reactivated again. Im 13 so ya.

ive already downloaded that same zip. I get went into recovery mode and downloaded it there and it gave me an error. Ive corrected some of the errors ive gotten that were caused by deleting bloatware or system files that i didnt want/use. Ill try that number but ive tried a lot of numbers but i just to pay anything, so my dont have to find out.(that number thing happened before)
