I have a samsung galaxy from straight talk I live out in the middle of nowhere and want to make my phone a hotspot for my tablet my tablet is a Samsung Tab 2 7.0 I used foxfi over a year ago but when I didn't need it anymore I deleted it now I try to use it and it won't work.... it says I have to use Bluetooth mode so I turn that on but I can't figure out how to make my tablet to connect to that??? I am not super techy so please explain things in the most simple way possible ...sorry

Are you using the same phone now that you used before with foxfi? Has there been an OS update, ice cream sandwich/kitkat, etc? I think after one of the updates, foxfi would only work if you use a lock screen on your phone, either PIN or the pattern. I'm not the most knowledgeable on the matter, but check that out, if you don't currently use a lock screen. Phone power down and reset of course too after that.
