Maket doesn't see apps I paid for?

Only on UD 3.+ does the market not see apps that i have paid for. Anyone have a fix for this, kind of annoying. Its only some apps too, not all of them. Not sure whats going on. If i switch to other roms my apps come back.

Clear market data/cache.

for some reason clear cache is greyed out

then there isn't anything cached.
