LYE and Verizon vs AT&T

Yup.

I think people knew that AT&T would have a "smoother" transition to LTE then the CDMA carriers.

At least they planned well. Verizon may have rushed I don't know. And those things mentioned in the article about battery life and network switching.....AT&T may be able to back their claims once and for all. Now they just need a better lineup of 4G phones.
 
Good read, will definitely be interesting to see how it holds up, especially with Verizon's troubles recently. I was a loyal AT&T customer for over 10 years til we had to switch to accommodate my sister's needs for a better signal down in SoCal (on a family plan so we switch networks as a family:p). We never had a problem with AT&T before and a few of my friends on AT&T have no connection problems either. I don't want to lose my unlimited data but if the outages of December become a regular occurrence, I may consider switching. I understand there can be outages, but for a whole day each time, unacceptable.
