Lost my Droid 4, Asurion replacing with Droid Ultra

I had a bittetsweet relationship with my Droid 4, nearly constant battery overheating when using in car. Was replaced under warranty at least 4 times. Yesterday I started the day with it but somewhere along the way I lost it.
Asurion no longer stocks the D4 so they offered me an Ultra. A newer phone so we will see how I like a non keyboard device. May the old D4 RIP!
Any thoughts on the Ultra?
