I've been having problems with my Incredible for a couple of months. I keep getting the "application data space low" notifier. Normally, when I take away all Facebook data it goes away, but for the past couple of days it hasn't. I was clearing things earlier today and cleared away Media Storage. Now I don't have any ringtones, text notifiers, or alarms. I've also lost all my gallery pictures.

Short of doing a hard reset (which I'm terrified to do and fix on my own) is there anything I can do?

I'm afraid that by "clearing away Media Storage" you have erased your ringtones and gallery, etc. and there is no way to get them back. Doing a factory data reset _might_ fix the underlying problem, though.

good luck, merry xmas and :welcome: to droidforums!

well you could find a program for your computer to recover lost files but they are expensive and not completely user friendly.

Sounds like you are in a tough place...

Do a factory restore, that will restore all the files to where they should be, but you will still need to get back all those "custom" files you've put on your droid phone.
