Losing RoadRunner E-mail

When I receive e-mail oin my roadrunner account, I'm able to view it but when new mail comes in, old messages seem to disappear. Can someone please help me find a way to keep existing messages without them disappearing into never never land.

Sounds like you are probably running Outlook or something on a home computer that is up and running. The home computer checks the email every say 5 minutes or so and is set to remove email from the server. So, every x minutes the mail gets taken off the server and thus disappears from the phone.

There are work arounds to this like having both the phone and the computer leave a copy on the server and set Outlook to remove it after say 10 days. There are probably other ways too and since I don't actually do any of this, it is probably better for somebody more familiar with reading their email from multiple places to give you the "best" way to do it
