lose contact info after running rom

ok I put redemtion on phone now no contacts, restored backup w contact info now how do i get it off phone or where is the file at on card or in phone with contact info.

You can Download Titanium Backup on the Android Market it allows you to back-up Apps, Games, and all the info that goes with them like saved games and scores!!
