Looking for a good battery app for stock Bionics.

Just wanting to know if anybody has or knows of a app for stock nonrooted that will measure the battery level in 1% increments? I already have Full Battery widget. Its good, but i would like to have one that i can set in the notification bar instead of a widget. Thanks in advanced.
