Has any of you guys that have done the Lollipop update have any issues or problems after the update?

nope....I even skipped doing a FDR. I am hoping one won't be needed.
I'm also skipping a factory resort. Lollipop is much nicer than I was expecting. I'm glad I switched back on the animations which are better - and subtle enough - than I thought they would be.
Everything working fine. The phone is snappier and is totally worth the slight battery hit. Edit: looking at my stats I'm not certain there even is one☺

The Amazon app crashes but that's likely because it can't be updated as our version was removed from the Play Store. One can just install the newer version.

Don't know if it's related to the new update or not, but sending IM can sometimes take a long time for it to finally send. Tried with WiFi on and off. Ready to call VZW.

I noticed one thing. My WiFi and data are running at the same time. Trying to figure out how fix it. Arrows are flashing under my WiFi and Data symbols.

My battery life seems to have tanked since the update on Fri.
Usually on weekdays I'll stream iHeart Radio for 3 hrs, and do some texting. Then by evening my battery meter is in the 50% to 60% range.
Yesterday I hardly did anything (and zero streaming) and by 2:30pm it was like 44%
The screen shot here is from just now.
Android OS has usually not on the top of the list before the update

Give it a few days. Any time after a massive overhaul update like this it will take the system a while to settle down and rebuild all memory files it needs too.

If it's not better after 4 days or so a factory reset may be in order.
