Locked Up During Start

Hey Guys, need help! On the original motorola droid, was using the phone for navigation when the battery ran out. Charged her up but it is stuck in the startup mode. I've taken out the battery several times, for over an hour at one time. It won't get off the "droid eyeball" screen. Anyone know what else I can do to fix this or force a hard restart?

Locked Up

Called Verizon, they had me take out the battery and hold down a couple buttons for up to a minute but it didn't fix anything. They sent me a replacement.

Welcome to the forum to both of you. I was going to suggest going back to verizon unless you were rooted.

Glad you got it fixed.
