lock/unlock slider just disappeared

i got this problem too ... (BB 0.5) it's suddenly disappeared
when i long press power button, there's only power off option (usually you got airplane mode and silent option too)

I just installed Chevy's SS4.9 and now I'm having the same issue! This is so weird...
