Live wallpaper

Is anyone else's phone reset to the stock wallpaper on it's own? I switch to one of the livewallpapers on the phone and use the phone for awhile, then lock the phone and when I come back, out switched back to the stock background. It's very frustrating! I'm not rooted.

Do you have any task killer aps running? Ive noticed sometimes if I have a live wallpaper on and I go to kill the apps it will kill the live wallpaper and return it to the stock background if you dont uncheck the live wallpaper

Mine has done that, and I don't use any task killers. I just stopped using non-OEM wallpapers.
