ROM & KERNELS FOR HTC THUNDERBOLT ONLY!!!
YOU MUST WIPE DATA AND CACHE BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS ROM!!!
 
First off, I LOVE this rom and yall' did an excellent job. The only problem I've encountered is the serious lag between when I unlock my phone and the screen actually turns on.
(HTC Thunderbolt)
Some times it takes 3 seconds, some times it takes upwards of 20, and immediately shuts off right after and it takes me 2 or so minutes to get in to my phone. Maybe there's just something I'm not getting, but I navigated the menus for quite some time and wasn't able to change the settings to get it to work (although changing off the sense 3 lock screen sped things up slightly.) Or maybe I did something wrong. Who knows.
After I get in though, I love it! Hopefully my explanation of the issue isn't as horrid as it looks and the issue can be resolved.
Keep up the great work, guys.

Also, on a side note, would you mind posting the home page background wallpaper? It's sweet.

When I install do you format system and wipe davlk?

Ive now installed this rom twice and have never had this issue.
 
Kalantal had that problem a few times in the past, after I installed the ROM i wiped Davlk cash and then fix permissions and all was good hope this helps

For some reason I am missing the Clock app and I can't find it in the market either. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the advice, but I've tried that twice now =[

Edit: Attempt 3 in progress.
Edit 2: Worked this time. It doesn't lock me out for 10 minutes at a time, but the delay is still a sold 2 seconds.
Edit 3: Nevermind. Back to 10 minute waits to get back in my phone. it's faster to pop the battery out than to wait for the lock screen..

Does anyone else have an issue when using titanium backup? Everytime I use it my phone freezes and I need to do a battery pull.
