Line Upgrade.

Hello,

I currently have 3 lines on my Verizon account: 1 Smart phone line with unlimited data and 2 dumb phone lines. I use Galaxy Nexus and do need to upgrade it, however, I need to upgrade one of the dumb phones to a smart phone. Obviously I cannot get unlimited data anymore for any new dumb phone upgrades. What is the cheapest option for upgrading a dumb phone to a smart phone and in the process not loosing my unlimited data?

I'm going to be doing the same thing. As far as I understand, you upgrade the dumb phone line to a smart phone and they will make you get a data plan on that line. As soon as they activate the new smart phone on that line, you can then have them transfer the phone to your unlimited line and reactivate the dumb phone on the other line and then change that line back to a non-data line. You keep your unlimited and the other line keeps its non-smart phone. Presto, you have a new phone and everyone is happy....except Verizon...too bad.
