Light sensor on Droid?

Hi all.

Doesn't the Droid have a light sensor that turns off the screen when talking on it so you don't accidentally push onscreen buttons with your cheek while talking?

Yes. Top right corner. There have been some reports on here about long hair affecting the sensor's ability to work though.

Actually it has a proximity sensor for that purpose in the upper left when facing the screen. The light sensor is upper right for when you use the auto brightness feature.
