Liberty 2.0 - Phone reboots when plugged in to USB

My phone reboots every time I plug it into the computer via USB. When it comes back up, I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get the computer to recognize it, but then it works just fine. Any ideas?

I've seen this happen when I have applications installed on my sdcard. (Angry Birds is one that installs to the sdcard by default for example) For me moving them to the phones internal memory has often resolved the issue.

I had App2SD Free installed, and I had moved all of the apps I could over to my SD card, but I found that annoying because when I have an app running on the SD card, if I plug the USB in, it kills the app, so, one by one, I moved every app I have to the phone and uninstalled App2SD. I did that a few days ago, and my phone is still rebooting when I plug it in to USB. I appreciate your response but I don't think that's the problem.
