I've had my LG G5 for 3 months now upon getting my LG G5 I noticed that it was missing an important feature! That feature would be known as the volume side button as I'm able to control the volume up I am not however able to control the volume down! Has anybody else had this problem or heard of this problem and if so is this a software issue or is it have something to do with my device any response to help me with this matter would be greatly appreciated thank you
