Led wont work

I tried installing one of those apps that change the color of your led it did not work so I uninstalled it and now my led wont work. Is there just a setting I can't find to turn it back on?

Are u testing it with the screen off? The led doesn't flash for any notification if the screen is on.

Yeah the screen is off. I sent myself an email and turned the screen off. I also received a text and no light.
