LED Notification

Aren't led notifications relatively new to Samsung? I thought older phones (Fasc, Charge) didn't have one at all.

Hello,
Ive been searching as to where I can find how to setup the color LED notifications on the Razr Maxx HD.
Is there a place to look at the notifications on the Razr Maxx HD?
I thought I read somewhere that I could create or set what color as to what notifies and when.

I've noticed that sometimes it blinks blue, sometimes green and I am looking to understand what they represent.
Can they be turned on and off or isn't there setting on the device?

Do I turn them off so what they are doing now don't interfere?

Nope, don't think you'll need to. I have never messed with the app settings after installing Light Flow
