Your typical shortcut icons are 72x72 if I remember correctly. You can verify a working size by downloading a free icon pack and export one to an editor and check the size.

This happens to almost everyone on every ROM, when trying to bring up that apparently menu. Most of the time it's quick, but sometimes it takes a while. Just have to live with it.

this has probably been addressed, but I'm half awake and don't feel like reading through the last few pages...

updated to 0.6, and I'm having problems with my dock icons disappearing randomly sometimes when I go between landscape and portrait with my phone. The entire bottom dock stretches either close to off the screen, or completely off so I can't hit any of the buttons. opening and closing my keyboard seems to set it straight (usually).

bugless beast 1.1, nexbeast theme over it. Custom 72x72 dock icons and a custom app drawer handle thats slightly bigger than that, but looks like LP automatically resizes it. Didn't have this problem with the previous version.

This has been an issue all the way back to the early builds. It is annoying when setting up shortcuts true. But it is not like you do that all the time anyway.

Yes. It also seems to take awhile for the desktop to repopulate when exiting an app. I do have "Keep in Memory" checked. In addition, I'm getting a lot of lag when scrolling through homescreens. I have the minimum scrolling speed at 60. At 100 it was even slower.

I know when this app first came out everyone complained it wasnt customizable enough, now that you can change it all up people are complaining its slower.. well duh, of course it is, the more things on it the more than can go wrong and bog it down. Personally I loved it when it first came out, and wish I would have never updated, all these new features take away from the thing we (or maybe just me) loved the most: It was FAST, now its beginning to slow.. unfortunate.

This is basically an Android shortcoming, as far as I can tell -- the more apps you have, the longer it takes for Android to generate an app list like that. I've got around 200 apps, and it really does take a solid couple minutes to generate the list each and every time. Makes me want to be really sure that I'll be happy with my shortcuts.

after the most recent update, i get a FC when i handcent gives me a popup text and i open it in landscape and the popup is up for too long, other then that, F'in great home app!!
