Launcher pro ROOT problem

I need help please, since i rooted my phone i'm having problems making launcher pro my default desktop. I use home switcher to make it the default desktop but as soon as i press the home key on my Motorola droid 1 it brings it back to the stock desktop. Someone please help thanks

If you go to settings>applications>manage applications>all>scroll down to the launcher and clear defaults. It shouldallow you to choose your launcher when you hit the home key.

You probably don't need to be using home switcher especially with the d1 try uninstalling home switcher and clearing defaults in the settings then once you hit the home button you should have an option for which launcher you would like to use and set it as default

I had the exact same problem trying to use home switcher with ADW and Launcher Pro. I eventually just decided that Launcher Pro was WAY better than any of the others, and uninstalled all the rest.
