They did that to me once and it back fired on them. Animal control officer showed up & saw the shade for my dog outside and a pale full of fresh cold water (with ice cubes) and how happy she was when he walked up and he turned around and left and gave them a warning [emoji3]

A lot of our society that sit and watch TV thinking it's living life. They never travel, never see the world, never experience anything other than working, eating and sitting at home. It's very sad. I have a couple friends who live for TV. They were watching a TV show about hiking one day and I said "Let's go". They both looked at me and asked why they would do that? I then asked why they loved watching nature shows. "To get in touch with nature was the reply". I walked out of the room.
