Have you lived in SD all your life?
Born and raised, with a year away 25 yrs ago building homes in Breckenridge CO.
Nice. My gf lived in SD for a few years and have always wanted to move back. We visited there a few weeks ago and I fell in love. It has a more laid back feeling compared to here in the Bay Area.
Very laid back, and warmer than the bay area. My G-Grandmother and some family lived in Oakland, we visited there several times as a child.
Love visiting SF too.
Cost of living is about the same too. We have an original picture my wife's dad drew in Architecture school of an area in the SF Bay, I'll try and remember to take a picture and send it your way, I'm sure you'll recognized it, maybe
