Sure does, and that's why I decided to capture it in photo.
It was one of those act fast or you'll miss it opportunities. I was actually at a red light when I spotted it and by the time I got the camera up and running to take the picture it had turned green. I was able to get one still shot, and the next shot unfortunately I was moving and so it was blurry. That's actually zoomed in quite a bit, the shot is from much farther out as you'll see below. This my friends, is the power of 21 megapixels.
