My geese are free-range, grass-fed (until the snow falls and they can't get any more) beasts out of another era of time. Never had Fois Gras (though one of my geese is named Fois Gras).

Interesting fact, more people are scared of geese than they are of dogs. Something about this 8-lb feathered thing with a 6-foot wingspan and this primordial honk and hiss coming at you and KNOWING that it has enough strength to break a grown man's arm... Good watchdogs.

Messy, but good watchdogs. And they do help with the mowing.
