Just getting over the crud myself. Started last Tuesday with stomach issues, turned to all-over aches with a throbbing headache, then transitioned into sinus troubles and drainage. Still have the sniffles a bit, but feeling better than I did last week...
That's how mine started this past Friday.....yesterday and today have been the absolute worst!

No thanks! A week was long enough for me.
This time of year, I'm thankful that I've got my new position at the nursing home, because working directly with the residents is rewarding, but also opens you up to all sorts of bugs being passed around.
Now, I make my rounds quick to be sure that all of the work stations are running and then hide back in my office.
But the little guy is in Kindergarten now, so he keeps coming home sick and his immune system is terrible anyway.
He's 5 and they wanna put tubes in his ears and take out his adnoids.
He's not getting the tubes for a bit. Fighting off a double ear infection right now. One of my sisters had to have tubes multiple times. He's not my blood, but I feel his pain knowing what she went through not being able to swim and such and she still has a bit of trouble hearing sometimes.
He's had several ear infections and double ear infections since I've been with his mom though, so it's definitely for the best. I was all for it when they mentioned it before, but it's becoming obvious that it's really the only option.
I hate repeating myself and we're having to try extra hard to get his attention before telling him anything, otherwise he doesn't hear anything at all that we say.
