My friend's surgery went well. It's a long recovery from a lung transplant and it's probably better that we don't visit yet so she can get her rest. She's doing great but is very very tired. The hospital is 2-1/2 hours away and you can only visit for a few minutes. Her son has been giving us all updates and as long as she's doing so well, we have to be patient and let her heal.
