My friend got home from the hospital today. She's had lung problems that got worse after covid last April. She's on oxygen so I shopped for her, walked her dog and brought her lunch. Another friend of hers brought her homemade soup too. That's what friends are for FTW [emoji178][emoji178][emoji257][emoji257][emoji120][emoji120]

I was so glad I could help her! She's a one of a kind friend who finishes my sentences and I finish hers. We're very close and see each other several times a week and when we're not together, we text and call. We met 35 years ago when our sons were on the same hockey team at age 5. You become family when you're on a travel team and we became great friends right away. There's so much "history" between us. She would do the same for me when and if I need it. I never had a ton of acquaintances, just a few really close friends and that's all we really need[emoji178][emoji178][emoji257][emoji257][emoji120][emoji120]

We're finally starting this Monday to have our crushed shed from summer 2020 hurricane demolished and rebuilt. That's a big win as our backyard has looked like a "dump" since then. So excited to have this project begin[emoji16][emoji16]
