Here's my 9 year old granddaughter after her team unexpectedly took the championship game against the team that won all the other games this season. Her first year at basketball was great fun. She loves it so much she asked to go to basketball camp this year[emoji459][emoji459]

Yes! This was the highlight of this month for me! Such fun to watch and she was really fast(which she has to be because she's on the short side for her age) I'm glad she's found a sport where she finds joy because she's so athletic[emoji2][emoji459][emoji471] She's also fearless as she was facing girls who were towering over her)

Thanks BK! We've long been a big supporter of team sports for kids, especially, as many kids are tucked into their screens most of the day. The head coach of this in house town basketball program happens to be the high school girls varsity coach too, so that's a big bonus. It's amazing that these 4th and 5th grade girls easily follow his complex drills and game plans. Gotta love it[emoji178][emoji178][emoji177][emoji177][emoji459]
