Keyboard problem

Certain keypad letters seem to stick when pressed resulting in double or even triple lettter posts..see what I mean? Lol,is there anything I can do to fix this? I have tried blowing out with canned air.

It is happening to my droid 2 also. I find it to be the "t" and the "r" keys.

Have either of you tried another keyboard to see if it still does it? Or are you referring to the physical keyboard?

You could try a factory reset, a wipe or an SBF to see eliminate the problem being software related. If it continues after doing that, then you know its a hardware keyboard problem. You can replace it your self. You can find the parts on ebay, or try craigslist and see if some one in your area offers this service as it is likley cheaper then going through Moto.

I had the exact same problem on my droid 2. It would only happen on the physical keyboard. I did a factory reset, I cleared the cache and data, I sbf'd with a blank sd card, nothing fixed it. I had to have verizon replace it under warranty. They told me that I wore it out. Then it took them 6 bad droid 2's before they sent me out a good global. Kinda miss the regular 2 now. Roms are kind of a pita on this thing.

I took my phone to verizon today,they did a reset,that didn't help so they are sending me a new phone in 2days..greaat cust. Service.
