Keeping mt contacts

I lose most of my contacts when I flash a rom how do I keep all of them if I sbf back to froyo then I get all my contacts back why

you should get them if you have them synced with google, as not all ROMS support back up assist

Like clueless said keep them backed up on your google account...
Or get a back up program... Well worth the money... So you don't lose any data on any apps or contracts... Or even text messages
