K9 Mail

I recently installed K9 Email client. I wanted to find out though how to set it to auto send/receive, every "X" amount of minutes.

Similar to what you can do on the default email app.

Open K-9 and go into one of your accounts. Click the menu button > More > Settings > Account Settings and scroll to Syncing folders. The first option (Folder poll check frequency) controls the send/receive every x minutes (5 minutes is the min, I believe).

Sorry, I dont see the "Syncing Folders" setting.

Looks like the OP got their question answer, so I will hi-jack the thread.

I get a lot of emails with PDF attachments for my business. There is a pic/graphic in the email to short press to open the attachment. These pics/graphics are random things completely unassociated with the email or attachment. One pic/graphic was a logo from one of my competitors. Where do these pics/graphics come from?

Liquidzoo was slightly off on his steps. You need to get to the account list, then long-press on the account you want to modify and choose "Account settings".
If it's for your Google e-mail, if it's set up using the IMAP server, you don't need to set polling, it'll push the e-mails to your phone and you'll get them instantly when they come in.

Its a pop3 account that I am trying to setup.

I long pressed the email account, but it took me to the same screen. Nothing shown about auto refresh time.

That's ok, attention to detail -5 for me, if I had actually *looked* at what you listed for the options instead of skimming it and assuming the steps were wrong, I would have realized you were at the right screen and pointed you in the right direction... I assumed you would have known what "Folder Poll Frequency" meant.
I'm gonna go crawl under my tobacco-free rock and let the withdrawals clear my system before I pipe up again
