My Droid has been running real sluggish lately, somehow more so since the 2.2 update. I was getting extremely frustrated with my phone, it's frequent program crashes, and general malaise. So I decided to take the leap tonight and root my phone. I went through the instructions here on the forum, then went ahead and installed CyanogenMod.
I must say that I was pretty sad to have to wipe my phone and start from scratch. But damn, this thing MOVES now. I'm in love with my Droid all over again. Thank you so much Koush and everyone else who puts so much time and effort into making a great product even better. Kudos to you! :icon_ banana:
