You need to be on system version 2.3.340 or else you will brick again. Flash the full 2.3.340 SBF this time, not the 2.3.320 SBF.

I see.. so once I find the full. 340 sbf flash that.. then flash the gb mentioned in the first post.. got it.

these number match mine.. so should have no problem installing this right? that first line requirements has me confused.. does it matter that your rooted or not?

If you are on the OTA, then no. Because you have to be rooted to install it. So you must sbf back to Froyo, root, then install the 2 part rooted .596 files. Then you can install a custom ROM.

BTW, good choice. Apex is a great ROM. One of my favorites

correct. you need to be on froyo 2.2.1/2.3.340 and then use update zips to get to rooted GB .596
