Just picked up my Nexus, OG Droid still has 3G?

So I picked up my Nexus today at Best Buy. They activated it and everything and I have been using it no problem. But my OG Droid still has 3G. It cant be used for calls but the 3G is still active. I'm not complaining but I don't want to Big Red to turn around and try to charge me for it. Does it take awhile for it to disable?

That happened to me as well when I activated my RAZR. If you power off and on the phone the 3G connection will be gone.
