"Just once or always"

When you're given a choice of browsers to use it says just once on the right side and always on the left.
I selected Google chrome but by accident I hit "always" instead of "just once". How does one
undo this? I can't find it.

Go to manage apps, select the app you hit always for then hit "clear defaults". This will work with any app that has been selected like this

What I do if I don't want to really choose yet, just tap the choice you want twice... Same as selecting just once.
