Just How Much Internal Memory...

How much internal memory does a Droid have? I just installed Raging Thunder and Raging Thunder 2, both Lite versions and I just got a prompt that I was low on internal memory space. Now Im currently going through my Droid deleting apps but where does it say how much memory there is and much I have left so I can avoid this problem next time?
