It basically lets you share your camera with your friends, like Skype or a webchat. As far as I can tell, it's free. Free means free. Verizon would never charge for it, as they dont care what type of data you send across their network, as long as you're paying for data, and the dev currently doesnt charge anything for it. That may change in the future, but for now, it's free.

Works great. I was in cali for vaca last week in LA cruisin Sunset blvd and I told my buddy in another state imma knock him and he seen me cruisin down the blvd with my droid pointing out the window
